Is my system producing as it should?
We can help compare the expected production of your system based on the original design, production guarantee, degradation and compare that to the actual production shown by your utility bill or monitoring platform.
Do I need to brush off the snow?
We never recommend that you get on your roof to brush off your panels if there is snow. The safety-to-benefit ratio is too low to be worth it. With the powerful sun here in Colorado, your panels should be snow free after a cloud-free day.
Do I need to wash my panels?
Residential solar systems are meant to be maintenance free. The average losses in soiling account to less than 1% of the potential production of the system. The benefits you will see from cleaning your panels typically isn't worth your time and energy.
My installer went out of business or left the state, what now?

We recommend putting the partial serial number for your inverter. It's the middle section of numbers and that includes the '0' and nothing after the last dash.
